ZIP File Information
Some products may be delivered as ZIP files to keep multiple files organized in a single download.

- Right-click the file.
- Select Extract All.
- Choose a destination folder and follow the prompts.
Mac
- Locate the downloaded ZIP file.
- Double-click the ZIP file.
- The contents will automatically extract into a new folder.
iPhone & iPad
- Open the Files app.
- Locate your downloaded ZIP file.
- Tap the ZIP file once.
- A new folder containing the extracted files will be created automatically.
Android
- Open your device's Files app.
- Locate the downloaded ZIP file.
- Tap the file and select Extract if prompted.
- Access the extracted files from the newly created folder.
