Return & Refund Policy

At Lavender & Light Co., each physical product is made to order, especially for you. As a result, our return and refund policies differ from those of traditional retail stores.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out. We are committed to providing a positive experience and will do our best to help.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because our products are made to order, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel or modify it.

Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellations, changes, or refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us review your claim, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly.

We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is available.

Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

• Check around your delivery location
• Check with household members, neighbors, or apartment offices
• Contact your local carrier

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Made-to-order physical products
• Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
• Digital products and downloadable files

Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed shipments are not automatically refunded.

If a returned package can be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Claim Timeframes

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

Claims regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items should be reported as soon as possible so we can review and assist with the issue.

Claims submitted long after delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund.
