Yes! All of our physical products are made to order specifically for you after your purchase is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and waste while ensuring each item is created with care.

Because our products are made to order, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to make changes. Once production begins, cancellations and modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Because every item is printed individually, slight variations in print placement may occur.

These small differences are a normal part of the made-to-order process and do not affect the quality of the product.

Some made-to-order garments may arrive with a temporary vinegar-like smell or slight discoloration around the printed area. This is a normal part of the printing process and comes from the solution used to help set the design.

The smell and any temporary residue typically disappear after the first wash.

Yes! Our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, making them perfect for everyday use.

Shipping & Delivery

Information about processing times, shipping updates, and order tracking.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Orders ship within the United States via flat-rate shipping, and delivery times vary by product, destination, and carrier. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

At this time, Lavender & Light Co. ships only within the United States.

We hope to expand shipping options in the future.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment notification.

Some products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend:

• Checking around your delivery location
• Checking with household members, neighbors, or apartment offices
• Contacting your local carrier

If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color
• Change of mind after purchase
• Buyer's remorse

Digital Downloads

Helpful information about purchasing, accessing, and using digital products.

After purchase, you'll receive access to your digital files electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

Digital products are typically available immediately after payment has been successfully completed.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To help preserve the life of your garment and printed design, we recommend:

• Wash cold, inside out
• Use mild detergent
• Tumble dry low
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron directly on the design

Please refer to the care label included with your garment for product-specific instructions.
