Shipping policy
Processing & Production Times
All physical products are made to order and printed specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times include both production time and shipping time.
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days and ship within the United States using standard shipping services.
After shipment, most orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on destination, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.
Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate U.S. shipping for $6.99 on all physical orders.
Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Lavender & Light Co. ships only within the United States.
We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment notification.
Multiple Shipments & Packaging
Some products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and at different times. You may receive multiple tracking numbers depending on the items ordered.
Products are packaged according to the item type and fulfillment location to help ensure they arrive safely.
PO Box Deliveries
Many orders can be shipped to PO Boxes. However, some products, carriers, or shipping methods may require a physical street address.
If we are unable to fulfill an order to a PO Box, we may contact you for an alternative delivery address.
Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please review your tracking information and contact us if you need assistance.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund may be appropriate.
Delivered but Missing Packages
If tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
• Checking around your delivery location
• Checking with household members, neighbors, or apartment offices
• Contacting your local carrier
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet entered production.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
Packages returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed shipments are not automatically refunded.
If a returned package can be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Instructions for accessing your digital purchase will be provided after checkout.
